We will be accepting cash donations in front of the union all week. We are also selling shirts as a fundraiser, and have a gofundme setup that is accepting electronic donations. If you have not already heard, there was a mass shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh this Saturday while the congregants were praying. 11 people are confirmed dead with others wounded. This tragedy has greatly affected our community, and we are keeping the victims’ families in our thoughts and prayers. We hope to be able to support the Jewish community in Pittsburgh moving forward in any way possible. May the memory of those who have died always be a blessing. Oseh shalom bimromav, hu yaaseh shalom aleinu, v’al kol Yisrael, v’al kol yoshvei teiveil, v’imru. Amen. May the One who makes peace in the high heavens make peace for us, for all Israel and all who inhabit the earth. Amen #strongerthanhate
